Montessori Teacher – Ladybug Montessori School, Ranelagh, Dublin 6.
We are looking to hire an experienced Montessori Teacher for our Montessori School in Ranelagh, Dublin 6
This is a full time position.
Some of the main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Teach the children using the Montessori Method of Education including Practical Life, Sensorial, Culture, Language and Maths.
- Ensure the children use all the Montessori equipment in the room at the appropriate stage for each child.
- Plan and develop activities in response to the children’s needs.
- Observe, monitor and record the development of the children. .
- Maintain accurate records on the children and update daily in compliance with the Childcare (Pre-School Services) Regulations 2006.
- To maintain close, effective, working partnerships with parents to ensure the well being of their children.
- Meet and greet parents in a positive and friendly manner each morning and evening.
- Communicate daily with the parents on the development of their child
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- A Degree/ Diploma in Montessori Teaching from St Nicholas Montessori College
- Previous experience teaching Montessori.
- Fluent English.
- A passion about the development of the individual child.
- The ability to multi task.
- Good communication skills.
